Wuthering Waves 2.3: Anniversary Banners & New Characters Incoming!

Get ready, Resonators! Kuro Games has officially announced the character and weapon banners for the highly anticipated Wuthering Waves 2.3 update. This update is packed with content, including ten limited 5-star characters making a grand return as part of the anniversary Resonator Convenes.

Phase I Highlights

The first phase of the 2.3 update introduces Zani, a brand-new 5-star Spectro character. Zani is designed as a main damage dealer, leveraging the Spectro Frazzle effect to dish out significant damage. Joining her are the 4-star characters Lumi (Electro), Taoqi (Havoc), and Yuanwu (Electro). The weapon banner for phase one includes Blazing Justice (5-star Gauntlets), Dauntless Evernight (4-star Broadblade), Hollow Mirage (4-star Gauntlets), and Overture (4-star Sword).

But that's not all! The anniversary banner during Phase I offers a selection of powerful characters and weapons. Players can choose one character and one weapon from a pool that includes Jiyan (5-star Aero), Yinlin (5-star Electro), Zhezhi (5-star Glacio), Xiangli Yao (5-star Electro), Phoebe (5-star Spectro), Verdant Summit (5-star Broadblade), Stringmaster (5-star Rectifier), Rime-Draped Sprouts (5-star Rectifier), Verity’s Handle (5-star Gauntlets), and Luminous Hymn (5-star Rectifier).

The best part? You can reset your choices on this banner, giving you a second chance at characters and weapons you might have missed!

Phase II Details

Phase II brings Ciaccona, the first 5-star Aero character since Jiyan. Ciaccona is a sub-DPS and support unit, capable of dealing off-field damage and boosting the party’s Aero damage while applying the Aero Erosion effect. The other characters on the banner are Danjin (4-star Sword), Mortefi (4-star Pistols), and Yangyang (4-star Sword).

The weapon banner for Phase II features Woodland Aria (5-star Pistols), Relativistic Jet (4-star Pistols), Undying Flame (4-star Pistols), and Variation (4-star Rectifier).

Just like Phase I, Phase II also includes an anniversary banner with an impressive lineup: Jinhsi (5-star Spectro), Changli (5-star Fusion), Carlotta (5-star Glacio), Roccia (5-star Havoc), Brant (5-star Fusion), Ages of Harvest (5-star Broadblade), Blazing Brilliance (5-star Sword), The Last Dance (5-star Pistols), Tragicomedy (5-star Gauntlets), and Unflickering Valor (5-star Sword).
