Hey everyone! Konami and MYTHRIL just dropped a brand-new trailer for Suikoden STAR LEAP, and it's all about the battle system! As a huge Suikoden fan, I'm always excited to see what's next for the series, and this trailer definitely has my attention.

So, what can we expect from the battles in STAR LEAP? Well, according to the official website, it's a timeline-based turn-based system. It sounds like there's gonna be a lot of strategy involved, as you'll need to choose between normal attacks, runes, and special techniques to fight alongside your allies. I'm thinking about how I'll coordinate attacks with my team to take down tough enemies!

But wait, there's more! The game also features a "War Mode," which is a real-time strategy system. That's right, both your units and the enemy units move at the same time! You'll need to command your troops and keep a close eye on the battlefield to lead them to victory. It reminds me of some of the large scale battles in previous Suikoden games, but with a faster pace.

And the best part? You can form your party with up to six characters, placing them in the front and back rows. Plus, characters from previous Suikoden games will be available! I can't wait to reunite some of my favorite characters from the older games. I wonder which heroes and villains will make a comeback. I'm hoping to see some familiar faces and maybe even discover some new favorites.

Suikoden STAR LEAP is set to release on PC (via Steam), iOS, and Android. Although there's no release date yet, I'm eagerly waiting for more news.
