So, if you're like me and already conquered Resident Evil Requiem, get hyped! I've got some amazing news. More story content is coming down the pipeline!

Earlier today, Koshi Nakanishi, the game's director, shared the news. In a sweet video thanking everyone for their support since the game dropped at the end of February, Nakanishi assured us that updates, including the much-awaited photo mode, are on their way. But the real kicker? He then revealed a brand-new story expansion that'll "delve deeper into the world of Requiem." I'm already intrigued!

Nakanishi mentioned that the team is "hard at work on it now." So, while that sounds promising, we might have to cool our jets a bit. It seems like it'll take a while before we get our hands on it, and he didn't spill any beans on what the story expansion will actually entail. He just asked us to look forward to it. Consider me looking, my friend!

Before we get that story goodness, though, the team is dropping a new minigame around May. What kind of minigame? Your guess is as good as mine, because he kept it a secret. So, stay tuned for more on that!

Just a little while ago, Capcom revealed that Resident Evil Requiem sold over 5 million copies in under a week, which is totally deserved. The game is fantastic! Shortly after it launched, Requiem had the biggest concurrent player count ever on Steam for a Resident Evil game. That's huge!

If you're currently playing through Resident Evil Requiem and need a nudge in the right direction, there are guides to help you out. Believe me, some puzzles are tough!
