Kojima Productions celebrates 10 years with a sneak peek at future games
Hey everyone! Kojima Productions, the studio that brought us gems like Metal Gear Solid and Death Stranding, is turning 10! To celebrate, they're throwing a special event in Tokyo on September 23rd. I know, I wish I could be there too!
It sounds like it's going to be a pretty cool event. Hideo Kojima himself will be hosting, and they're promising a "glimpse into future projects." This is happening exactly on the 10th anniversary of Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain, which I think it's pretty meaningful.
What could these future projects be? Well, there's OD, the Xbox horror game that Kojima announced a while back. He's been saying it's going to be something really different. I'm super curious (and maybe a little scared!). There's also Physint, which marks Kojima's return to the action-espionage genre. Given his history with Metal Gear Solid, this one has me very excited!
However, before you get your hopes up for Death Stranding 3, Kojima has mentioned that while he has some concepts for a sequel, he won't be the one making it. But who knows what the future holds?
If you happen to be in Japan, you can find more information about the anniversary event on the Kojima Productions website. For the rest of us, we'll be eagerly waiting for news and updates from afar!
